This was the first project with a developer that became a loyal client over the years. The site was bulked to it’s maximum due to it’s premium location. The main undulating facade was developed in close co-operation with the experienced facade sub-contractor. The upper 2 levels contained double level penthouses that had spectacular views over the city. The less visible elevation was clad with pre-cast concrete panels. The building sits above 6 levels of basement with tight parking and circulation.
