A fast track design of a 20-storey developed scheme intended to provide affordable housing units in the centre of the business CBD. The scheme was able to get away with only 2 levels of parking through inventive collaborative relationships with over-provided offices in the areas around the development.

This development was about to go to ground with 50% sales and finance approved, however the board got cold feet. It was intended to make property ownership attainable for first-timehome owners. The development was to provide 1,340 units at relatively affordable prices.
